Design concepts, revisions, mockups, layouts, and final deliverables will only begin once payment has been successfully received and confirmed by Virtual Assistant 101.
Refund Rules
Completed design work, approved concepts, finalized graphics, delivered files, and exported digital assets are non-refundable.
Refund requests for unused work or projects not yet started may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Virtual Assistant 101 management.
Revision Policy
Each approved graphic design request includes up to 3 revision versions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional revisions beyond the included 3 versions may require additional fees depending on the complexity, urgency, and scope of the requested changes.
Major redesign requests after final approval may be treated as a new project request.

Respectful and professional communication is expected from clients, designers, Virtual Assistants, and management staff at all times.
Harassment, abusive language, threats, discrimination, or repeated unprofessional conduct may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
Client Responsibility & Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all submitted concepts, layouts, branding elements, colors, text content, dimensions, and final graphics before publishing or printing.
Virtual Assistant 101 is not responsible for delays caused by missing approvals, incomplete instructions, incorrect content provided by the client, or delayed responses.
Copyright & Asset Usage
Clients must ensure that all logos, photos, brand materials, fonts, and content provided for the project are properly owned or licensed for use.
Virtual Assistant 101 will not be held liable for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property issues arising from materials supplied by the client.
File Delivery & Source Files
Final deliverables will be provided in agreed digital formats such as JPG, PNG, PDF, MP4, SVG, or other specified formats.
Editable source files such as PSD, AI, Canva, or other working files may only be included if specified in the selected package or agreed upon in writing.
