All video editing packages, monthly retainers, project-based editing services, revisions, and digital production support must be paid in advance before work begins.
Editing, content preparation, captions, thumbnails, revisions, rendering, and delivery timelines will only begin once payment has been successfully received and confirmed by Virtual Assistant 101.
Client File and Material Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing all raw footage, brand assets, scripts, captions, logos, music preferences, editing instructions, and access links needed to complete the work.
Delays caused by missing files, incomplete instructions, inaccessible folders, or delayed approvals may affect turnaround time and delivery schedules.
Refund Rules
Completed edits, approved videos, rendered files, captioned videos, thumbnails, project files, and delivered digital assets are non-refundable.
Refund requests for unused work may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Virtual Assistant 101 management.
Revision Policy
