Advance Payment Policy

All web design packages, website setup work, landing page design, content layout, template customization, and digital support services must be paid in advance before work begins.

Design work, page layout, revisions, website updates, template preparation, and support tasks will only begin once payment has been successfully received and confirmed by Virtual Assistant 101.

Client Materials and Access

Clients are responsible for providing website access, domain or hosting details, brand assets, logo files, images, copy, service information, and other required materials when needed.

Delays caused by missing access, incomplete content, unavailable images, or delayed client responses may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

Design Approval Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving layouts, page content, images, links, forms, and website sections before final publishing or delivery.

Virtual Assistant 101 is not responsible for delays caused by missing approvals, incomplete feedback, or late content submission.

Revision Policy

Each approved web design request includes up to 3 revision versions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional revisions beyond the included 3 versions may require additional fees depending on complexity, urgency, and scope.

Major redesign requests, new page requests, or changes requested after final approval may be treated as a new project or additional paid request.

Refund Rules

Completed design work, approved layouts, delivered website sections, customized templates, written content, and published pages are non-refundable.

Refund requests for unused work may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Virtual Assistant 101 management.

Third-Party Platform Limitations

Website builders, hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, templates, payment processors, forms, third-party apps, browser behavior, and platform restrictions are outside the control of Virtual Assistant 101.

While we help create professional and conversion-focused website designs, specific traffic, leads, rankings, sales, or conversion outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Professional Conduct Expectations

Respectful and professional communication is expected from clients, Virtual Assistants, designers, developers, content creators, and management staff at all times.

Harassment, abusive language, threats, discrimination, or repeated unprofessional conduct may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
