1. Confidential Information
Includes:
- Client data
- Business processes
- Trade secrets
- Login credentials
2. Obligations of the VA
The VA agrees to:
- Keep all information confidential
- Not disclose to any third party
- Use data only for assigned tasks
3. Data Protection Compliance
The VA agrees to comply with:
- Data Privacy Act of 2012
- General Data Protection Regulation (if applicable)
4. Duration
Confidentiality remains in effect:
- During engagement
- Up to 2–5 years after termination
5. Breach Consequences
Violation may result in:
- Immediate termination
- Legal action
- Financial liability
