Refund Rules
Completed work, approved content, written captions, graphics, scheduled posts, and delivered digital assets are non-refundable.
Refund requests for unused work may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Virtual Assistant 101 management.
Revision Policy
Each approved social media content request includes up to 3 revision versions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional revisions beyond the included 3 versions may require additional fees depending on complexity, urgency, and scope.
Major changes requested after final approval may be treated as a new content request.

Harassment, abusive language, threats, discrimination, or repeated unprofessional conduct may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

Virtual Assistant 101 is not responsible for delays caused by missing approvals, incomplete materials, or delayed client responses.
