Payment & Booking Policy
All tutorial sessions, hourly bundles, monthly tutoring packages, and group class schedules must be paid in advance before schedule confirmation.
Tutorial schedules will only be officially reserved once payment has been successfully received and confirmed by Virtual Assistant 101.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Students or parents may request cancellation or rescheduling provided notice is given at least 4 hours before the scheduled class.
Failure to provide at least 4 hours notice will result in the session being considered completed and no refund, credit, or makeup session will be issued.
Group Class Policy
Group classes may continue even if some enrolled students are absent.
Maximum student limits per group package must be followed unless approved by management.
Tutor / VA Attendance Policy
Tutors and Virtual Assistants must notify management at least 12 hours before the scheduled class regarding absences or cancellations.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in the tutor or VA not being paid for the missed schedule.
Online Learning Policy
Students are expected to attend sessions in a respectful and distraction-free online environment whenever possible.
Technical issues outside the control of Virtual Assistant 101 may affect online session quality.
Code of Conduct
Respectful communication is expected from students, parents, tutors, and all participants during tutorial sessions.
Harassment, abusive behavior, or repeated policy violations may result in termination of tutorial services without refund.
